Welcome to The UK Pietenpol Club. A LAA affiliated sporting club established for the benefit of those interested in Bernard Pietenpol’s incredible flying machine, whether they be owner, builder, pilot or just plain enthusiast.
Membership benefits include the following:

*A dedicated Pietenpol Club web site
*Regular Club Newsletters in the shape of ‘Get Airborne’ providing builders’
progress, a calendar of events and advertisements.
Your application will be processed as soon as possible and a numbered club membership card issued to you. Members are able to access a dedicated area within the web site that features all ‘Get Airborne’ newsletters, Builders’ Supplements, LAA Approved modifications and any other club business.
If outside UK, contact Ian who is happy to take the equivalent in euros or dollars and credit a member in ££
Note: Pilot members of The UK Pietenpol Club must have 3rd party & passenger liability insurance cover (minimum £500,000) if flying at any Pietenpol Club organised event.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE UK PIETENPOL CLUB
The UK Pietenpol Club shall be a sporting club formed for the benefit of Pietenpol owners, builders, operators and enthusiasts.
Its principal intentions are:-
1. To formalise the existing group(s) of Pietenpol enthusiasts in the UK.
2. To bring together persons with a common interest in Pietenpol aircraft.
3. To provide additional sporting interests and facilities.
4. To provide opportunities for flying and social events.
5. To provide technical information, support and advice for the construction and maintenance of Pietenpol aircraft, within the Club’s resources, moneys and expertise.
6. To provide a regular quarterly/ yearly or half yearly newsletter for circulation to members and the LAA, to include reports on members progress, technical data and tips, a calendar of Pietenpol flying and social events and advertisements.
7. To promote the club through the LAA and other advertising media.
8. To maintain and distribute a list of paid up members within the membership, subject to the data protection rules and regulations.
9. To maintain a list of completed Pietenpol aircraft and owners and Pietenpol projects and builders.
10. To maintain a web site and home page for Pietenpol aircraft.
11. To promote an exchange of information and ideas for Pietenpol aircraft with clubs and other associations in other countries
12. To promote excellence and safety in Building and Flying.
